1. Scoring and saved games
- A mistaken tap: use Undo on the score screen. For an older mistake, open the game menu and use the correction controls.
- A new set is waiting: confirm the serving order before recording the next rally.
- The app closed: reopen it to return to the saved game. A save-error message means the change was not safely saved; free space if needed and try again.
- A round has reached its total: use Done to keep its result. To resume scoring, increase its rally total when prompted.
2. Purchases
The first five completed games are free. After that, one lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited games. Your current game and last result stay available. There is no recurring payment.
If the price cannot load, check the Watch’s internet connection and tap Retry in Access. If you already paid, open About → Access → Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Wait for a pending purchase to be approved. Do not send your password or payment details to support.
For a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem. The developer cannot issue App Store refunds.
3. Delete local data
Open Settings → Delete local data and confirm. This removes saved games, results, Undo history, and game settings. The completed-free-game count and App Store purchase are preserved. Uninstalling the app or changing Watches may lose local data; there is no developer recovery service.
4. What to include in an email
- Your Apple Watch model and watchOS version.
- The app version and build shown in About.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact error message and, if useful, a screenshot.
Send only what is needed to explain the problem. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.
5. Privacy
Support messages are used only to answer your request and are deleted within 90 days after closure, unless a legal obligation or active dispute requires longer retention. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
